Very delightful overall experience. Fairly clean place with very very nice staff and outstanding view to the gardens. Very central location, relatively close to House of the Giants. And just off the Arch, and the center of town which is completely walkable. The rooms with a comfortable decor. Fantastic service overall and parking nearby. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

everything was very easy, including pleasant staff and awesome location in the areas that we would be going to. location: the hotel was close to elegant flowing fountain, the airport and the centre. for evening meal we visited hector's bistro, since it was close to the property.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Antigua. The location was fantastic, right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. We were able to easily walk to everything, including the Santa Catalina Arch. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the courtyard, surrounded by the stunning gardens. The hotel also offered a great shuttle service to Pacaya volcano.
The only downside was that the rooms facing the courtyard didn't offer much privacy, as anyone passing by could see inside.
